Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://hoanglive.com and https://hoangenterprises.com.au website (the “Service”) operated and owned by Hoang Enterprises (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with Hoang Live, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
Video Product Policy
Hoang Enterprises will take responsibility for their agreements of our associates’ products with our promotional service, when you create an account with Hoang Live, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Pre-Orders have a "strict no cancellation" policy.
Hoang Enterprises would also allow our associates’ products without our promotional service as we have no control over them and assume no responsibility for our associates’ product policies. Failure to comply with our policy without our services would also count as breaching the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.
All public or third-party services were not to disclose Hoang Enterprises’ private headquarters location, as we requested the acquirements to the Delivery Services, the Delivery Services must agree to take responsibility for safeguarding our private headquarters location that you use to access the service to deliver the product, whether our private headquarters location is with our Service or our acquirements of the Delivery Services (PO Box 92 (Small), West Hoxton 2171 NSW).
The Delivery Services must agree not to disclose our private headquarters location to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality remain the exclusive property of Hoang Enterprises and its licensors.
While we have our rights to upload to our official public media, we would have to provide watermarks and censorship if it’s necessary. Every product of the videos has copyrighted works, you have a right to record or download our videos but we would also reserve the right not reupload to our videos without Hoang Enterprises’ authorised enquiries.
Copyright violations, including without monetisation gains will be blocked, considerations of termination of your account on our Service, and to be investigated in the report.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality remain the exclusive property of Hoang Enterprises and its licensors, including our details of ABN 40 676 421 631 and ACN 676 421 631.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Hoang Live and Hoang Enterprises.
Hoang Live and Hoang Enterprises has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Hoang Enterprises shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Disciplinary, Dismissal and Termination Issues
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Should we discuss any false accusations or unreasonable statements made publicly or to our associates, we may consider blacklisting you from future events as we'll make a "Suspension Notice" depending on Hoang Enterprises decisions that you would get it Hoang Enterprises's decisions of Anytime or Indefinitely or Lifetime, with or without pay for the rosters, and it has been including Fine Penalty for unprofessionally endangers to the officials, production crews, fellow rosters or attendees, late due date will result in an additional 10% of the fine per month. This may extend to other events that are not directly related to Hoang Enterprises. Further action may be taken depending on the severity of property damages or emotional distress.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed by the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
